Part of the SmartLine® family of products, the STR800 is a series of high performance pressure transmitters hydraulically matched and optimized with a complete set of remote diaphragm seals. Utilizing the same high performance sensor technology of the ST 800 product line Honeywell has optimized the mechanical and hydraulic designs in order to minimize the typical effects of temperature on remote seal systems. Honeywell level transmitters are industrial instruments that measure and monitor the level of liquids or solids in tanks, using technologies like radar, guided wave radar, or differential pressure

Honeywell does not usually call it a simple “level transmitter” when it is multivariable. Their SmartLine SMV800 Multivariable Transmitter is the main product family used in such applications. It is mainly used for flow, pressure, temperature, and compensated level/flow calculations in industrial processes.
